Melbourne Bayside: Elwood or Hampton classes!

The Course

HypnoBirthing® is taught in four or five classes of two and a half hours, depending on group size.

Each class is made up of a theory part, with audio-visual, spoken explanations and interactive discussions, and a practical component with active relaxation and breathing exercises, hands-on massage techniques and hypnosis practice.

Classes are kept small for a highly personalised focus and fill up very quickly. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Classes are currently being taught at various convenient Melbourne Bayside locations.

Why Choose Total Birthing Childbirth Program?
- Our classes are taught by a qualified Naturopath, who specialises in pregnancy, reproductive and children's health.

- Your Total Birthing teacher is also a qualified yoga teacher, who will provide you with safe and effective exercises and poses for birthing.

- Optimal birthing is fostered by optimal health and nutritional status.

- By choosing Total Birthing you will gain a unique understanding of how you can support your body's natural ability to birth by eating the right foods and taking the right nutritional supplements.

- Being a qualified naturopath, your teacher is uniquely positioned to give out nutritional advice that is safe and accurate alongside your Hypnobirthing tuition. For your own and your baby's wellbeing, please always ensure that you only ever take nutritional and supplement advice from someone suitably qualfied.

If you are pregnant and are attending ante-natal or HypnoBirthing classes elsewhere and the practitioner is giving out advice about nutrition in pregnancy, please take the time to ask them if they are qualified to do so.
